The overall objective is to help the UN-administered Kosovo fulfil the requirements of the European Partnership (EPP No.36) and attain the Property Standard (Standard VI) of the Kosovo Standards Implementation Plan.
The specific objective of the assignement is to evaluate the Agency contribution to KPA according to the five DAC* criteria: relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainablity
DAC*: Development Assistance Committee, a sub-organisation of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), responsible for development issues and development policies.
